Every aspect of the experience. The communication. Explanation if questions came up. This is my 2nd time with VIP, and both times have been phenomenal!!! I’ve had personal contacts with Brandon about things not even related to the mortgage. Makes things so much more real other than a business transaction!!
Everyone on the Hendrick team is incredibly professional and personable. I never felt scared or confused at all during this potentially stressful time. It was so easy thanks to the team's caring attitude!
