Overall, I was pleased with how things went. Had a great conversation to address some issues, but was a little disappointed when there was another miscommunication towards the end of the process. Brandon is a class act, shows high character and integrity. I have a lot of respect for him and what he has done for me from my initial loan to my refinance. I still have a lot of respect for Brandon and the Hendrick Team. I hope when I purchase my next home I hope to see a wired tight team. Thank you
