Well, I don't often take the time and effort to leave a review but I felt compelled to leave one in this case. I moved into the Hudson apartments here at Austin Ranch a week ago and everyone has been so nice and accommodating. Really only have positive things to say about everything here. It's all run in a professional manner and it's evident that they truly care. The complex is very clean and well manicured as well. Special shout out to Adrienne for the initial showing of apartments. Cheers.....!

We moved in mid November and absolutely love it here. When we were looking for apartments this is the first we saw and immediately fell in love. Staff are great, the place is kept looking great and the gym is good.

I have lived in both The Boathouse and The Hudson apartments since moving to Dallas nearly 3 years ago. This is one of the newest, most convenient and modern properties in the new Plano area. I especially love the fact it is only 7 minutes from the major new developments in Legacy West. Additionally, I found the staff to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable and flexible when it came to me changing apartments twice. If you are new to the DFW area or are looking for a great new complex, then look no further.

This is the best place to live in North Dallas. The grounds are kept spotless, the views are beautiful no matter which building you're in, the amenities are fantastic and the service is really grade A. Speaking of service, a leasing agent, Christina Harvey, has been going above and beyond to assist tenants with their needs. Every time I go to the leasing office, she is the first one to greet me and is so passionate about what she does. After a year at The Boat House I transferred to The Hudson. Every morning I walk my dogs near the lake and I always see one of our porters, Manny, out there before anyone else arrives at either property. I’ve come to know him over the last year and a half, and I have to say that I haven’t met a more humble, caring or thoughtful person. He’s always cheerful and has a kind word, despite the fact that his sole job is to pick up trash and dog droppings that redident inadvertently and or not so inadvertently leave behind. I love my new apartment. I feel like I live at a resort. The pools are incredible. The gym is really nice there are TRX cables, battle ropes, and a squat box. The apartment is brand new and gorgeous. I am so excited to live here. What a great place!
