Chanel is a real life unicorn! It is very rare to encounter Leasing staff that is so caring and genuine! I have only communicated with her via phone/email but she has gone above and beyond and I’m very grateful for her!

I know that no apartment or apartment staff is perfect however Ms. Chanel Noisette is very close to perfection. Her level of professionalism is amazing. She always greets you with a smile. If you ever have a question or need anything, her response time is always quick. Honestly, in the 5 + years I've lived here with the multiple staff changes, this office staff has thus far been the best.

I' ve had such a positive experience living at the Hudson Apartment Complex. In the almost year that I have lived here, my experience has been that the complex is extremely well maintained, the maintenance team is very responsive and professional and the leasing staff has consistently been very friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Leanna Cobb was helpful in resolving a situation that was difficult for me to do on my own. She listened to my concerns regarding a neighbor that wasn't respecting my personal space. She was able to find ways to address the situation in a respectful and discreet way. I was very happy to see my personal space back to normal with no neighbor violating it. This complex is Amazing! Not only are the units and amenities fantastic but the service is impeccable! From the moment we walked in the door. Macy made us feel at home. Her attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond assured that we found exactly what we wanted, exactly when we needed it. Macy Thank You so much! I had a virtual tour with Macy recently and I was so impressed with how kind and knowledgeable she was! She went above and beyond to find me the perfect unit in my price range! Unfortunately, due to covid my job ended up not relocating me and I had to stay in Austin, Tx. But if I ever get the opportunity to move again, Hudson would Be my first choice! Macy really made Hudson feel like home!

Cory has been so helpful and informative during covid-19 - he personally called and asked how I was doing. He is always pleasant and willing to help in any way he can. I think he is a great asset to The Hudson's!

The Hudson is a wonderful place to live. The property is always spotless and the staff is always helpful,l and friendly. My experience with Macy from the leasing office was certainly 5 stars, she made the process of finding a new home seamless! I would recommend speaking with here in the search of a new home here at the Hudson.
