Tria was amazing!!!! I had a few not so good experiences with a previous agents and working with Tria was a breath of fresh air. She listened to what I wanted in my first home and made sure that I got what I needed. Once I was under contract, she continued to follow up with the builders to make sure that our timeline was met. Down to earth, dedicated, and very knowledgeable. Not only did he know the area but he also knew the mechanics of the houses. Made recommendations based on hvac or water heater conditions. Regularly went above and beyond the call of duty.

Amy was not just professional throughout the entire process, she was caring, understanding and compassionate as well! She made us feel like family right off of the bat, answered ALL of our questions about moving to Georgia (most of which had nothing to do with real estate and therefore was mostly irrelevant to her position) and sent me contacts for local services such as carpet cleaning, internet, power, etc! They were VERY knowledgeable, thorough, considerate & kind throughout the whole ordeal! The Closing had to be postponed three (3) times, which was extremely stressful to me, but she helped me every step of the way with changing dates with all the utilities, movers, painters, etc...
