LOVED that Evan knows HVAC, electrical, roofing and all the inspection codes so he I was able to address them in advance. Extremely helpful in helping me find resources and staying in budget. Although I sometimes felt I would not make deadlines, I quickly learned Evan was on top of things. Closing was ultra smooth. The whole team worked well together.

Jimmy was great I was located in another state and he took the time to go out to different properties take six-minute clip videos and send them to me so I can get a feel for the property it was great thanks a lot Jimmy!
I'm going to start off with, if it wasnt for Even we would not have our dream home. Even work hard everyday single day to help us find the home for us. He even went above and beyond to crawl under a house with me to inspect the underside (In dress pants and a really nice looking shirt.
