I can't even put the experience I had with Chris Neill into words. But I will try. It was fantastic . It was so smooth and so comfortable for me at a time in my life that was what I needed. Matt was so great! I felt like he really cared that my family and I got something just right for us! He told me I can like something because it is pretty, but he will make sure the "bones" are good and we will find a house that has both. Chris was an excellent realtor in meeting my needs. I needed a quick listing and he made sure this happened. My condo was listed on a Thursday and sold by Sunday. Chris arranged for a presigning by me and took care of all the details. Chris was effective and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciated his care and attention to my property in getting it sold

Chris was very helpful. Whenever we called, texted, or emailed with questions, he would always respond within a very timely manner. He was very professional, and handled all of our needs.
