John Schuster is a true professional in the Real Estate field. He was very accommodating during a search for a home in the Twin Cities to live in during retirement. The process with him took about two months looking at a variety of properties in several locations. He is an extremely good listener, is very patient, is creative with his own ideas, and is superb communicator. I recommend him very highly in part because of his success, but also because of his personality.

John's team got my house sold in just a few weeks after it had been on the market for a couplemonths with another realtor. His knowledge of the market is superior. As a first-time home seller his team made sure I was well informed and gave a lot of great advice to maximize my selling price.

he came to house gave me some things i should do and I think it helped .good pictures and write up got more than asking price . had few issues he got taken care of worked out good for me

I had a great experience working with John Schuster. He got me my asking price in one day and helped me get into a very nice townhome in Apple Valley. Closings were easy; no surprises. He is honest: he will tell you what he really thinks about a property, and I value that in a realtor! He is extremely professional, and a really nice guy. You can't go wrong with John Schuster! He is the best in the business.

Matt is intelligent and very patient. He's very good at what he does. He's very professional and treats people with respect. There were times when I expected him to be angry with me, but he wasn't. I will recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a home.

We had a lot of uncertainty going into the sale of our home. We weren't sure if the market was strong enough to sell without coming out under water and Sterling did a great job of guiding us through the process and our options. We ended up getting a strong offer within days of listing that was over asking price. Sterling stayed in constant communication with us every step of the way which ensured a smooth process and closing. I would not have wanted to go through this process with anyone else!
