Great place to live-- location is great. Brandon the office manager is wonderful to work with and always has a positive attitude . Place is clean The Gym is great. Take a tour and you will be impressed.

We lived at Kirkwood apartments for five years and loved it. The building was really quiet, loved the gym, the pool and the community space areas. Management and maintenance team always on point! Grateful for our time here!

If this were a condo i would buy it! Great space for price. My move in could not have gone smoother. Sadie, Brandon and Steven are the best. Already attended my first social event and looking forward to summer at the pool. The staff is high energy, attentive and welcoming. I am really glad to be here.

Amazing location, facility and staff! Melissa, Christopher and the entire team have made living here such a pleasure. They get to know you on a first name basis and are always helpful. Plus, the maintenance team is always quick with responses. With Atlanta traffic, location, location location!!! Centrally located 10 minutes to downtown and only 20 minutes to the airport, off peak hours of course. You can walk around the corner to the local coffee cafe, spa, bars and restaurants. i've only been here a month but that's long enough to know it's great. The complex is modern and clean. The building is well kept. It's run well and secure. The location, steps from restaurants, library, and post office, is fantastic. The on-site workers are friendly and helpful. I can't wait for pool to open. I feel so lucky to have found my apartment.
Awesome experience with leasing staff, specifically Kyle! He made the application process and ultimate signing of lease seem-less. He knows the property like the back of his hand and really listened to my needs and wants when looking for the perfect unit. The property is well maintained and located within minutes to coffee shops and restaurants. The property offers great amenities including a HUGE gym. Fine building in a terrific location. Too bad the management team, especially Christopher, are slimy, greedy, and disingenuous. They will hike your rent up more than 30% after the first year - and there are a million tiny charges that constantly increase (parking, maintenance, community fees). They even offer discounted rent to certain tenants if they "rat" on other tenant's rule violations. Fine if you want a short term lease but if you want community - look elsewhere.
