Fine building in a terrific location. Too bad the management team, especially Christopher, are slimy, greedy, and disingenuous. They will hike your rent up more than 30% after the first year - and there are a million tiny charges that constantly increase (parking, maintenance, community fees). They even offer discounted rent to certain tenants if they "rat" on other tenant's rule violations. Fine if you want a short term lease but if you want community - look elsewhere.

This is in regard to Unit 4113 (You have been warned) 1) Leased a unit as an out of town move-in, arrived and the unit I leased wasn't actually available! So they put me in a different unit, different floor plan. 2) Arrive at my new home and the apartment has not been turned-over, there is visible black mold growing on a door, every single drawer and cabinet appears to have significant water damage and mold growth and there is trash in some of the drawers (side note: there is a checklist posted on the door that it had alrea... read more
