Miles was excellent from the start. I called him late during the week and he sneered right away. He helped us sell our home while looking in St. Charles. He took us to different options, told us about the neighborhoods, and gave recommendations on the different homes we were working on. When we decided on a home we were able to get an offer in right away at a price he knew would be good for this market. We ended up getting our dream home and thank him everyday for it!
My family and I have done business with Miles many times and could not be happier. He is extremely knowledgeable on both purchasing and selling a home or property. Each time he has helped us get the best deal possible and walked us through each step of the process. I could not recommend him and his team enough.

Shannon's knowledge, professionalism, patience, transparency, and guidance made this transition from our 4 bedroom family home to a 2 bedroom empty nester townhome seamless. Did a great job, sold my home quickly, did everything so all I had to do was sign papers. Kept me informed, went above and beyond. I would recommend them to family and friends. They took all the stress out of this sale.
