Matt was very knowledgeable of the value of homes in our area and helped us price the house appropriately. The video and drone pictures were perfect. The team kept us informed of showings and comments about our house. Our house was under contract in 3 days. After the contract was signed Matt kept us up to date as to what we needed to complete prior to the closing.

Miles was very honest. I was a first time homebuyer and "fell in love," easily with a few properties. Miles did a great job pointing out things that I should be aware of, which helped me make an educated decision when it came time to make an offer.
Julie was perceptive calming and her follow through was timely. Caught moving damage. took pictures and help us get corrected with close. Helpful when problems occurred.

Miles has literally become like a family member over the last year and a half of a crazy housing situation.
