Matt and his team are great!! Matt said to list our home in January 2021 which we did after giving us suggestions on preparation thereof. We had 40 showings in the first two weeks and sold our home. We are very happy to have our home sold so quickly and being able to move from Illinois to our new home in South Dakota.
