The process was simple and that’s what we loved! Shannon really understood what we wanted and needed and all the our experience was short and sweet it went so well. Short experiences in home buying are the best!!!
Julie was the best! She was a calming presence in this crazy housing market. She helped us put together competitive offers, gave us sound advice, and I can honestly say we would not have gotten the house we are in now if it were not for her.
I really enjoyed working with the Kombrink team. They made every step of the selling process easy. Called Matt on a Sunday and he was at my house within a few hours to look at it. Had a meeting a few days later to go over specifics and decide on a price. Just made everything easy. If I called with a question he would get right back to me.
