The team was amazing! About 8 years ago I was told I wasn’t a candidate, in Chicago. Figured I would try one more time prior to having to get glasses again. After my consultation, I found out I was a candidate for lasik and I said I wanted to get it done in the next month. Oddly enough, they literally just had a cancelation the next day and I said “let’s just do it” and did my surgery the next day. Quick and easy. Everything is clean. Amazing Customer Service!! When it comes to being able to see clearly, don’t wait! I’ll tell you personally this was the best choice to make when it comes to your own vision! Smooth operation over at the LVI. Had my surgery within a week of my initial appointment. Vision was 20/20 by the next for my post-op appointment. Everyone I dealt was very nice and professional. No pain and no problems. Highly recommend.
