The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. I was completely freaked out about the surgery but the staff eased my mind by letting me know exactly what to expect. The surgery team was amazing, they surround you and talk to you every step of the way. The doc had his hand on my shoulder during the process and it felt nice to not only know but feel the presence of support. I highly recommend the lasik vision institute to everyone, if your a candadite it's definitely worth doing.
Angie at the front desk has great customer service skills. She helped my husband and I at the same time, we both had appointments. she even helped schedule our annual visit for 2020!!! Vanessa was patient with me and walked me thru the appointment. Dr.. Watkins was very informative and answered my questions. he put me at ease and even offered tips to take care of my eyes. i would recommend this place!!!
The exams are extensive and they care about the individual. I’ve been coming to the clinic for rechecks on my eyes since 2014. I’ve been very please.
From the start they were the most friendly and professional. Made the whole process simple and easy. Would 10/10 would recommend.
From start to finish the entire process was so easy. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make me comfortable. I really can't say enough about the professionalism and friendliness of everyone involved. Everyone was great - the receptionists, the technicians, the office manager, and the doctors! I was anxious about the procedure, but all my questions were answered and I was put at ease. I love the results! I should have done this sooner!
I could not be happier with my results. The whole staff was amazing, from the welcoming into the office to the receptions, all the staff, providers and surgeon. It’s amazing being able to see so clear and to treat me as a VIP and not just another patient. I couldn’t be more grateful and thankful, the results are so rewarding and so are all the staff to know that each and one of them go above and beyond for their patients.
