My experience was very positive here. The staff is very nice and friendly, very professional. Everybody working is happy and ready to help. And the procedure was really fast, and the recovery time is less than expected. Few hours after and had my vision back, no more contacts or glasses. I had a great experience with LVI. The staff was very friendly and informative, and answered all my questions regarding the surgery and post-op process, and made me feel at ease during the consultation and on the day of surgery. Both eyes only took 10-15 mins total. I also found a groupon deal for the surgery which was very attractive price-wise, and included the basic surgery and tear duct plugs, and I added on the lifetime assurance plan and Contoura treatment. I was thinking on this for long time and was a little scared because if you lose your vision then you will depend on other people and that was my biggest fear. As soon as I saw the first technician (Sami), I was more comfortable because he was honest, caring, and very helpful.
