Rude Rude Staff!! Getting after my child for her literally looking around the corner of the waiting room? Not to mention, I’m sitting right here? Then the you come out again and get after her for touching something that is not hurting her or anyone else? Shame on you, LASIK Vision Institute! It’s a good thing this is not my appointment, and I’m just the driver or I would have left without being seen. What a joke.
Too unorganized and unprofessional! Their wait times were awful. The staff did not communicate with each other or patient where they were in the process.
