Great place, they have changed my life. The staff is friendly and professional. Convient scheduling every time I have tried get in. I will be sure to have all my eye exams and follow ups in Overland Park KS.
I had a fantastic experience. Everyone who worked there was kind and made the experience stress free. I recommend getting there early to miss the rush of people. Also, if you are able to get Contoura Vision do it. Dont wait! Don't be scared! Just do it!
Dr. Katie Weeden, Darcy and Dr. Florkowski along with the entire staff were amazing. I was seen by Dr. January in 2009 and had my 2nd PRK surgery to Reinhance my vision after a fast growing cataract in March changed my vision. Their customer service was excellent, kind and caring. Thank you Lasik Vision Institute for everything you do to help your clients!
The wait is beyond absurd. My husband was supposed to have his appointment at 2:30, and we were warned we could be here for four hours which didn't make since to me because the procedure itself doesn't take that long. Come to find out they tell you that because their staff doesn't understand the concept of staying on time. I work in an office and we would never NEVER be this unprofessional and run this behind. I had LASIK done last week and had a great experience. Dr. Weeden and the staff were very helpful in explaining my procedure and the cost on the date of my consultation. I was also given ample opportunity to ask questions and was under no pressure to schedule the surgery. I learned on the day of the surgery that Dr. Florkowski is really nice and laid back.
