RecommendedI had my consultation at the Columbia office Monday 7-26 and everyone was so wonderful. The nurse there Beatrice (I want to say, I hope I’m not getting that wrong bc every doctors office needs a clone of her). I had surgery here at Towson on Friday 7-30 and it was good experience. The office staff was friendly and they got me in and back quick. it’s now Monday and I had my follow up at Columbia. I’m 20/25 and can’t wait to be 20/20. RecommendedFrom the minute you walk in they make you feel like family. Everything is very clean. Ayana give me such a thorough exam, and explained everything as she went through the process. Ayana actually held my hand through the procedure, and felt like I had my mom or sister in there with me. Tina jumped through hoops to get my prescription sent to the hospital nearest me, and did so in a very professional manner. Dr. Glasser is so kind and calm. RecommendedDr. Brusco and the entire Towson office was amazing from consult to surgery to follow-up! Tina, Aniya, Dr. Glasser, and everyone else I encountered was friendly, accommodating, patient, helpful...and just outstanding! Their hospitality and expertise made the 75 minute drive worth it! Getting in for an apportionment was easy and surgery was only 3 days later! I highly recommend this office and the LASIK/Contoura procedure to anyone considering! Should have done it years ago! RecommendedThe customer service was excellent. From the time I walked in their office & from the time I left the entire staff was so professional. As a new patient they made me feel at ease. After being evaluated, I was booked two days later for my Lasik procedure. How awesome was that? The procedure was painless & my vision was on point quickly thereafter. They also made sure to sanitize the machines I was going to use. The actual procedure was quick and painless. The next day check-up was quick and they were able to answer my concerns with my recovery.

RecommendedThis was the BEST decision I ever made! I am 1 day post surgery and I feel like a new person. Needless to say, the Towson location is staffed with the friendliest people I have ever met. Everyone there goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. They are one big family and they made me feel like I was one of them. I LOVE it there! If I could give them 10 stars I would. I 100/10 recommend. :)
