RecommendedA+ and 5 star experience from top to bottom. Everyone from the ladies at the desk to the techs to the managers to the doctors to the surgeon were amazing. Every single person there was extremely friendly and down to earth. Not once did I feel nervous or uncomfortable, even during the procedure itself. Everything is explained in depth and there are many opportunities to ask questions. If anyone even mentions LASIK I will be directing them here 100%. My only regret is I didn’t come here sooner.

RecommendedThe LVI was great! They have a super friendly staff and were easy to work with in getting in for an appt and surgery. The doctors were very informative and thorough through the pre and post eye exam. Dr. Brusco was a great surgeon and let you know everything he was doing and communicated with you to make you feel as comfortable as possible during surgery. RecommendedThis facility is amazing! I called to set up an appointment, and later that day they called and said if l was a candidate, I could get surgery that day! Everyone from the tech's to the doctors were awesome and very friendly. Everyone was very informative of the procedure. The procedure itself was very fast! Thanks for everything, I hope you can clearly see this is the lasik institute for you!
Recommendedwonderful staff, very knowledgeable and helpful. one staff member was very attentive and helpful to me. After surgery she helped me to the restroom and waited for me to finish to escort me back to the recovery area. when it was time for me to go home the same wonderful lady helped me send for an uber, she walked me down for the pick up point and made sure I got in the uber. i can't remember her name, but I think of her as my Gardian Angel. as for my surgery I wish I had gotten it done years ago.
