Staff has been great from consultation through procedure and follow up appointments. I would recommend this office for anyone considering the surgery.

Before I had lasik done, I couldn't see much of anything. Couldn't wear contacts because my eyes were so dry so I was stuck with glasses which got annoying at times. The procedure itself took 3-5 minutes. I could see later that same day. During my one month check up, I was tested again and I am seeing better than 20/20!!!! It was the best investment I have ever made. I paid for the premium package to have contora done as well as lifetime protection so if my eyes do change over time, my lasik costs are covered. I've been near blind most of my life, and this morning I woke up and I could see my husband's face! What an amazing experience that has changed my life! The doctors and staff were awesome, and very kind throughout the process! Highly recommended!!!
I would like to give a huge thank you to Tina, Dr. Roberts and the entire staff at the Towson Lasik Vision Institute. The price was great and entire team was very courteous and thorough for each stage of my Lasik journey. I'm very pleased with the results of the procedure and how nice the staff treated me. I have recommended them to many people.
Best thing I did. Dr Bruscoe is amazing. Staff was very pushy. Had to wait all day, so be prepared with snacks etc bec u will be there all day. They pushed me to have it done asap after my consult so I was not without my lenses a full week then when I came to have the procedure they said they could not do the enhancements because I had worn contacts in the past but3 days, I wish I had been told earlier. I have a 20% coupon of anyone wants it, pm me.
This group went out of their way to help me. Best experience. Information about my prk surgery and everything I needed to know was laid out to me before my surgery. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Surgery was uncomfortable but very quick once I was in the surgery room. 20 mins tops. Wait was long but not too long and worth it. Office is clean. Dr. Beyer was my surgeon.
