Nightmare experience. They were running 4 hours behind schedule on the day of my surgery but made no effort to communicate that nor why until right before the surgery took place. Staff members were running around the office frantically as it dragged into the evening. When I questioned why the wait was taking so long, the staffer James at the front desk told me they were taking another location's customers for the day. BUYER BEWARE. This company filed ch. 11 bankruptcy & is not honoring the lifetime warranty at ANY of their locations. I just called their Cincinnati location (blue ash) to schedule my 1 year. Dont spend your hard earned money with them. Run‼️

The staff was awesome the doctor was great I recommend anybody that wants to get this done please do best decision I ever made. RecommendedThe LASIK Vision INSTITUTE was amazing and I am so glad I picked them to do my LASIK!! The staff there is awesome, friendly and very welcoming and they all made sure I was comfortable. The tech Ayana and receptionist Maya both knew I was very nervous the day of my lasik procedure but helped ease that assuring I’ll be okay. Financing was easy and she made sure I understood the different procedures and that I was comfortable with my payments. RecommendedI recommend The LASIK Vision Institute for the best results. I had a great experience with all the friendly staff; clean environment, everything was explained. Even though I have terrible credit i was approved for a reasonable payment plan and discount was lower than available on groupon. The procedure was fast and painless. Healing begins right away. Best part is I could see clearly without glasses really right after the procedure. Thank you Dr. Mike and staff!!!!

RecommendedAll the staff are VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE about anything and everything eye related! I went into LVI knowing little to nothing and left knowing about different tests & procedures and they broke down the results step by step. They all have personality and are easily approachable! I highly recommend this LVI!
