I am so glad I got lasik surgery. Just wish I did it years ago. No more dealing with glasses and contacts. The cost is very reasonable. If I calculated the price of me having to pay for glasses and contacts for past 20 years. I could have gotten Lasik 3 times. The overall experience was excellent. They told me exactly what to expect before during and after the procedure. Everything went seamless. I highly recommend this Syracuse location. Great staff, everyone was so friendly.
Even though I ended up not being a candidate for lasik the experience, the respect, care and the information I was given was 5star plus. From the initial phone call to the checking in - the exam and the doctor meeting plus the girls on the way out fantastic. More offices should take lessons from this group!!!
I really like the staff and the information. They care and listen to questions. They go through the procedure and explanation very well.

Had my surgery February of 2016. The people were friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this office if your thinking about having the surgery.
I had a wonderful experience at the Lasik Vision Institute. The staff were all very friendly and everything was explained in detail. I was nervous going into the operation, however Dr Morason and his staff made me feel at ease and walked me through the whole procedure. The next morning on my exam, I could read some of the letters on the 20/15 line. Very satisfied with my experience!
Friendly staff, comfortable office, excellent doctors. Overall amazing service. My vision was on the extreme end of bad vision, yet i can now see at almost 20/20. Its only been a week ill have at least 20/20 by the end of the month.
