I waited for over an hour to get into my appointment only to find out I’m not a candidate!
The people here are awesome! However, their call center overbooks them and you wait all day. Appointment at 1 for Lasik, it’s now 415. It’s not smart to overbook and stress out people that are working on eyes. Just saying. They’re going to have a lot of unhappy customers if they keep overbooking.
As an older person having lasik I was not a good candidate, I told them over and over I didn’t wear contact lenses because I hated losing all my up close vision with them on and didn’t want that to happen with this surgery, but they hid that from me by not counciling me enough and explaining to me that although I already wore reading glasses , this would be much worse. I’d never be able to stand in a mirror again to see and apply make up or do anything else up close. They also overcorrected my left eye and never admittedly, ... read more
