Everyone is super friendly at the Seven Hills location. Everything was explained thoroughly to me both before & during the procedure. The surgery truly was life changing for me & they told me it would be. I'm SO glad I had Lasik done & have no reason not to recommend LVI located in Seven Hills, OH.
Aside from all previously negative comments, I still went with LVI for my surgery. Their customer service is OUTSTANDING so far and my eyes are at a 20/15 (better than 20/20) now! Super fast, super easy, super thorough. I would recommend them over and over again!
I'm so glad I had the surgery and had it at LVI. They were super friendly and very efficient. My husband loves their coffee! I never had to wait too long at any of my appointments.
