I was a non-candidate due to not having a high enough prescription for the surgery but I just wanted the company and public to know how nice the whole experience was. The staff was friendly and nice. They were very patient with me and made sure I was comfortable throughout everything. The office was nice, clean, and welcoming. The entire process didn't take as long as I thought it would. Even though I didn't get the surgery, I would definitely recommend this place (over any of the other places) to all my family and friends.

The LASIK Vision Institute gave me the best customer service! They always greeted me with a smile and knew who I was as soon as I walked in the door. Getting LASIK was the best thing for me. They helped me find a great financial plan. I definitely recommend getting LASIK, especially from this location. They are the best and treat you like family! I always looked forward to my follow ups, just because of the friendly staff!

Awful. Everything from start to finish has been awful. Attention to detail is severely lacking, and all they care about is getting your money. Office staff can’t keep masks over their noses or make a professional pre-surgery phone call. They’re more interested in what they’re getting for lunch than customer service. The Cincinnati location went bankrupt recently and to make it all worse, my lifetime warranty that I paid for is now no longer valid! I was informed that if I go to the next closest location, which is all the way in Columbus, that I’d be considered a new patient! Very unprofessional and ridiculous that they have no loyalty to their former patients. The last thing I want to do is dish out another $3500 for my needed enhancement when it should be COVERED with the warranty I was promised and already paid for!!! Only time before... read more

RecommendedCompletely awesome experience. And would do this procedure again in a heart beat. I have perfect vision just a day after surgery. Dr. Mader was truly fantastic and the other staff are so friendly and comforting as well. I couldn’t be more grateful for everybody involved!
