RecommendedI looked at three different places, and very pleased with the Lasik vision institute. I made the best decision coming here and getting Lasik done. The team was great and friendly and David was awesome explaining and showing us what we needed to know and getting things in order to have our surgery. Thank you all!!!

The Cincinnati location went bankrupt recently and to make it all worse, my lifetime warranty that I paid for is now no longer valid! I was informed that if I go to the next closest location, which is all the way in Columbus, that I’d be considered a new patient! Very unprofessional and ridiculous that they have no loyalty to their former patients. The last thing I want to do is dish out another $3500 for my needed enhancement when it should be COVERED with the warranty I was promised and already paid for!!! Only time before... read more
