RecommendedI started my journey with Lasik Vison Institute when I was 29, and really want to give myself an amazing birthday present. At that time they were located of by polaris mall. The first people I met were wonderful, polite, friendly, women named Lauren and Jodi. They both have been helping me get the vision I only dreamed of, along with making me feel comfortable through out the entire process. What a bunch of unproffesionals! Appointment was at 1:00, arrived at 12:20 Did not leave until 5:00! People that had appointments after my husband were leaving an hour before him. He only had 1 eye done! My time is just as valuable as anyone elses! The surgery should have been at max 15 minutes long, no reason to keep us waiting for 4.5 hours.
