Had my surgery in February, had the best experience! Than COVID-19 happened & now my post appointments (that I had scheduled multiple times) don’t matter because they are to busy! I got put on hold & spoke with 3 people on the phone to have a rude lady tell me I don’t need to go to my post appointments now (which I paid for in the life plan) & I won’t be getting my money back from it. I asked to speak with someone higher up that could possibly help more & still have yet to speak with anyone! I am very disappointed!

I was very disappointed with the service here. I had a consultation and waited for 35 minutes before I was called into the office. fustrating.... I also am very disappointed that when scheduling the consultation I was not made aware that the appointment would be close to 2 hours, I shouldn't water my contact lenses, and where to park at the appointment (I had to move my car 3 times). I had to leave after being at the appointment for 2 hours because my husband has plans, and I needed to be home with our children. I waited to ... read more
