Dr. Varr was my surgeon. He ignored me when I told him my eyes were not numb yet. I could feel it when he cut me and said Ow Ow Ow throughout the procedure. He didn't care and kept right on going as if I weren't saying anything at all. In fact, he got mad at me when I first told him I wasn't numb. When I complained to the office manager the next day (who was there for my procedure and had nothing to say), he simply said he would talk to the doctor and the he can be "stern" sometimes. my appointment for surgery was 5pm, it is 7.....I'm still here....still waiting....they took my money at my last appointment, no warning there was a two hour delay, this is the worst experience I have ever had at a medical appointment or procedure...if I hadn't pre paid, I would be gone...

FYI Do NOT get the life time insurance. I feel like I just got robbed for my money. The location I had my Lasik done closed and this is what I'm being told. "The LVI facility where you had your surgery was owned by a company, Vision Group Holdings (VGH), that no longer exists. VGH filed for bankruptcy - its assets were liquidated and its liabilities were discharged. Unfortunately your Lifetime Assurance Plan is no longer a benefit to you and there is no refund available.
