Decent - but not the best. I have lived here for a little while now. I am a current tenant of the complex and have had some issues with items. 1)My last complex was very nice at letting everyone know when things happened, no matter what it may be. This complex, unfortunately, does not stand by it's rules and regulations. I am not one who typically likes to complain, but I think past circumstances with management has lead me to comment. Besides being unfriendly, management refuses to make compromises on their rules, despite making compromises with other residents. This is not a rent issue or any major issues, but a minor one.
I agree with the previous poster about The Lodge at Crossroads. I moved in when the complex was brand new, and after a management change after a year, the complex went downhill rapidly.
The staff is horrible to deal with. Nothing was ever right or taken care of. I have lived in many apartments and this is by far the worse, and the most rent I have paid ever!
Before I begin I just want to say that any responses to this post will be from the management company, so do not believe a word anyone says in response to this post or within days of this post. So, now what I am about to say. This place has gone downhill ever since they hired a bunch of young punks to run this place. That's all there is to it. Do not rent here. Rent elsewhere.
