Shannon was friendly and well knowledgeable about everything, she even stayed late to answer all my questions about the ceiling heights countertops and the brand of kitchen equipment. Everyone should come see Shannon and get an apartment here. Just not the one I’m waiting for.

I think there... (Verified Renter) I think there needs to be more effort in keeping the property maintained and the trash managed. The first thing my guest see are a water damaged roof, broken gutters and trash iverflowing at the dumpster. I work hard keeping my hallways near and presentable. As well as my patio. I wish we could have these items addressed.

I know that... (Verified Renter) I know that problems happen and in the end the most important thing is to see that the other party is interested in solving the problem. For this reason I am neutral. So far our experience has not been good. We can't use our kitchen for anything that the fire sensor activates..... a very big and repetitive noise that in addition to scaring our children is taking away the pleasure of cooking and having family moments.

I liked the... (Verified Renter) I liked the community but the maintenance manager was always judging if you hanged something on the wall or if I asked to paint an area that had to be repaired and got dirty in the repair process, he would ignore you,
