The staff is great and when I needed maintenance it was attended to quickly. I hope to work in Richmond again in the future and return to stay at the Maddison again.

I stayed there... (Verified Renter) I stayed there for 4 years. Our stay there was fantastic until the move out. I was charged for minor issue like paint. And I was told earlier that minor paint aren't considered at move out. Anyways, though bit disappointed with these charges, I would say we have had a very good stay there.
