Embrace the Care at The Mayfair The Property Manager & maintenance actually care to resolve any issue that may arise as soon as possible. This preserves our dignity because we are heard. I had an issue yesterday near closing time. I called the office, Denise pleasantly and patiently listened and ensured me that the emergency would be resolved. Verified Renter I enjoy the Mayfair. The location is Awesome. The building is secure, the parcels are secured in lockers and there is a laundry room. Maintenance is reliable and the management hours are idea. The Apartments are nice. The rates are affordable. I'm very satisfied with the Mayfair and like to remain a resident here for as long as I'm abled.

Verified Renter I love to live at The Mayfair Apartments. The big windows means that I can have many indoor plants. The people are friendly and helpful to each other. I like the fact that there is a small lounge where I can go if I need some company. Finally, the location is perfect: close to public transportation, close to a small shopping center and close to the lake. I love it here.
