Verified Renter I love living at Mayfair. The people are friendly and the staff is competent and kind. There are two irritating issues, however. The elevator breaks down too frequently and often the laundry machines are not all working.

Embrace the Care at The Mayfair The Property Manager & maintenance actually care to resolve any issue that may arise as soon as possible. This preserves our dignity because we are heard. I had an issue yesterday near closing time. I called the office, Denise pleasantly and patiently listened and ensured me that the emergency would be resolved. Shortly thereafter, maintenance was at my door informing me that it had been handled and if there was anything more needed. I was very grateful and appreciative for their due diligence... read more

Verified Renter Wednesday near closing, I called the office regarding an issue within my apartment. The Property Manager Denise listened carefully and assured me that it would be handled. Shortly thereafter, maintenance resolved the issue and knocked on my door to ask if there was anything more needed. I Greatly appreciated the service. Verified Renter I enjoy the Mayfair. The location is Awesome. The building is secure, the parcels are secured in lockers and there is a laundry room. Maintenance is reliable and the management hours are idea. The Apartments are nice. The rates are affordable. I'm very satisfied with the Mayfair and like to remain a resident here for as long as I'm abled.
