Great area not so great building. You pay a whole lot of money for a tiny space with no updates appliances. I understand this is Hyde Park but it definitely isn’t worth the amount you pay for a building like this with such low quality. You will always get stuck in the elevator and the elevator always breaks. And then you have to use the freight elevator that people leave open on their floor and then you’ll have to walk up the stairs to your apartment, how does the 10th floor sound? Exactly. Common areas are embarrassing I like my apartment size, but there are amenity issues. In the bathroom, there is no counter top of any kind around the sink or any storage space in the bathroom. The toilet is the old style kind without a tank. Nice big bathtub/shower. In the small lobby, the resident's common area is the open space directly adjacent to the front door. There is free Wifi in the lobby that a number of residents use to babysit their little kids/get them out of their apartments. It's not unusual to find little kid... read more
