Verified Renter I love living here because it is convenient and next to everything. The units can use some upgrades but overall it’s nice to live there.
NO. Nothing ever works as intended. Elevator is constantly down, constant plumbing issues with water backing up and/or leaking, homeless people in the lobby, and half of the washer and dryers are always down. At one point the laundry room, elevator, and lobby call box were all down at once. The location is great but it's not worth the headache. Management does very little to actually solve the issue.

Poorly managed Be aware that the people you schedule the appointment with aren't actually the people onsite. they're just a customer service number. I showed up and there was no response from the leasing office, and that same customer service number was utterly useless in assisting me. There was also one other person there complaining about the same thing and they were there before me waiting even longer. Very unprofessional..

Great area not so great building. You pay a whole lot of money for a tiny space with no updates appliances. I understand this is Hyde Park but it definitely isn’t worth the amount you pay for a building like this with such low quality. You will always get stuck in the elevator and the elevator always breaks. And then you have to use the freight elevator that people leave open on their floor and then you’ll have to walk up the stairs to your apartment, how does the 10th floor sound? Exactly. Common areas are embarrassing I like my apartment size, but there are amenity issues. In the bathroom, there is no counter top of any kind around the sink or any storage space in the bathroom. The toilet is the old style kind without a tank. Nice big bathtub/shower. In the small lobby, the resident's common area is the open space directly adjacent to the front door.
