Jeff was very patient and diligent with my loan. He was great at communicating and finding the right loan with the best rate. The over all Team was fantastic making the loan process easy,I will definitely refer him for service in the future.
Overall I enjoyed my interactions with my lender. However, there were 2 parts of my experience that could have been better: 1) Our loan did not close on time (I believe due to some delays related to the lender) and 2) I felt that I had to submit more documents and paperwork to get things approved (i.e. more months of statements, special documentation from former lender, etc.). I have worked with other lenders and did not need to provide as much documentation.
Jeff did a great job and was a pleasure to work with.
Jeff has done two of our mortgages with the utmost of professionalism and we highly recommend him to all of our family and friends!!
