Jeff was great he helped me Refinance my home home for a lower rate. Jeff is very professional and knowledgeable he was able to answer all my questions and concerns in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend him and would definitely work with him again in the future!

Process was incredibly efficient and easy. The online Floify document processing is so easy to use to identify what’s needed from me, upload documents and see where we are in the process. We were able to conduct the entire refinancing process without leaving our house. It was very easy to upload documents to your portal and sign the necessary paperwork electronically. We received text messages and e-mails throughout the process to keep us updated as to how it was progressing. When it came time to sign the final documents, arrangements were made to sign in our home. It was very convenient and we would recommend VIP to others.
The team was always available to answer any questions
After the headache of getting a loan from other companies on a home earlier this year I was hesitamt to even attempt a refi. The Miksta team was seamless amd efficient. No drama or greedy upsales like the banks and big lenders. Thanks guys!
