The web site was excellent for submitting the paperwork. I felt that the numbers that were originally given to me regarding the refinance did not include the actual dollars that were on the title paperwork. Items that may seem "normal" to a mortgage company were not familiar to me. I felt that I was always a step behind in understanding what was happening. Also at the end, I waited for my final paperwork and after calling found out they had a typo on my email. A very confusing process.

I rated great because the service from the Miksta Team was timely and responsive. I do want to point out that VIP chose to use First American Title and their service was questionable. Two things. First was they identified a tax calculation issue that didn't exist. Second they had an issue with the wire transfer and instead of calling us to stay coordinated with our wishes, they chose to send a check via FedEx. When the transfer didn't go through, we called and was told then. Not COOL!!!
