Good communication and follow through start to finish

I have done a total of 4 mortgages with Jeff and his team. All four have been somewhat of challenge for one reason or another. The Miksta team handled it with ease. I am never let down with VIP. I would stack them up against anyone.

Jeff is great to work with. He is responsible and knowledgeable. I asked him to run many different scenarios over a long period of time and he was always there to support.

Response from Jeff is always quick if not even immediate. Responses or requests from others are sometimes not as easily understood or explained. This is a big expense and deserves plenty of hand holding all the way through. At this point I have some questions regarding expenses and savings which I will check with Jeff on if I feel the need after I have had a chance to review the numbers a bit further. Overall I have used the Miksta team multiple times and will count on them in the future.
