This was my 2nd time working with the Miksta team and was another very easy and trusting transaction.
My loan officer was always in touch with me. They helped me through the entire process, and explained everything to me, and even helped me get home insurance.

Jeff made this process easy and explained the differences in rates and situations. Also, it was important to understand my taxes and documents in greater detail to see how that changes qualifications. I really like the fact that you have a secure place to submit documents. For whatever reason, email just doesn't seem like the safest modality. Appreciate the help!
