Shay is so professional and very kind. She has made us feel welcome from day 1. If you desire to live in a quiet and beautiful community, this is the place to be!! I am so happy with the service and the staff at The Moderne At Providence. I can't say enough about Shay's customer service. The management is also wonderful.

RecommendedThe Modern At Providence is a great place to call "home". Tina and, her entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs. They are extremely quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly, courteous workers. The clubhouse, pool, and workout room are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area has a resort style pool that is great for relaxing after a long day. RecommendedGreat Property! Had a wonderful living experience here while our home was being built. Management and maintenance staff were AMAZING. Always super friendly and welcoming to our vocal beagle even when the one leasing professional was indifferent towards her. Management always cared out the residents and hosted great resident events. Location is fabulous :-) walking distance from bars and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this property.
