RecommendedAs a corporate housing provider we rent several apartments from this community. Our guest have had nothing but rave reviews about the staff and community. Our work orders are answered in a timely manner and someone is always available to take a phone call if we have an issue. We have many repeat guest and they always check to see if we have availability at Moderne. We will defiantly be keeping our units at this property for a long as we are allowed.

RecommendedI stayed at The Moderne for a few months due to displacement. The apartments, grounds and pool are very nice. I did not hear much noise from neighbors beside me but I could hear every step my upstairs neighbor took. I would recommend, if stairs are not an issue, to get a 3rd floor. You won’t have to be concerned with upstairs neighbors or insects. Very dog friendly apartments also. AT&T service is spotty at best inside the apartment. They met my needs at the time and recommend them.

Horrible experience at this location so far. I moved in last month as property owners changed and my apartment was not ready for me to move in on time. When I finally got the keys, the apartment was a mess with stains in the kitchen and bathrooms, and broken fixtures in the apartment. I was even told my the lady handling my move that I better not return my move-in inventory list blank, because she knew there were problems in the apartment. I’ve never lived here, but I worked as a leasing agent for 3+ months and couldn’t stand it any longer. As long as Tina S is the manager here there will never be any peace for anyone working at this property. It’s very sad because it’s a beautiful community in a great location! I’ve never known a manager to be as full of drama as she is. If you’re not cliquey with her and agree with everything she says & everyone she speaks badly on- she’ll treat you VERY horribly, and ultimately lie to get you fired if she can’t run you off ... read more
