Overall great experience. We had one minor communication snafu with an employee after we missed our weekly call from Tony. In the employee's defense, we were extremely sensitive after experiencing an unexpected death of a father, while in the middle of purchasing a house out of state; but the abrupt, unhelpful response was not what we needed in the midst of everything.
