Communication was the key. It is overwhelming all the material that is needed. But your team communicated well with everything that was needed to complete the process. I was very pleased. And the biggest thing for me was that the closing was set up a month or more earlier and they made the deadline without a hitch. Toney, Michelle and Stephanie did a great job!
