Verified Renter When we first moved in it was not good, but since I've talked with management things have gotten much better. So management do listen we just have to give them time to get it right. It is a process. Thanks Management Team keep up the good work

Just Amazing This place is just the best! I moved in about a month ago and it has been perfect, I do wish they could show the other rooms on their site. It would make it look so much more appeasing. Great staff! This property works hard for you. It does have some age that is exacerbated by failure from previous management but the new staff and management company is working hard to fix the little things that are wrong. The office staff is great and very friendly. Maintenance is lovely as well.

Almost Perfect I really enjoy living at the Morgan. The apartments are very modern, with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher and microwave). You also have a washer and dryer included in your unit. Nice sized patio/balcony with a storage closet. The bedrooms have very nice walk in closets and are nicely sized with good sized windows. Classy and luxury living I live on the fourth floor and I have no major issues. My apartment layout is very spacious and unique looking. I can't hear my neighbors nor do they bother me. The foundation of the building is very strong. The amenities are awesome for the amount of rent that I'm paying. I have granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and high ceilings. I just renewed my lease!
