All I can say is WOW! I went in today at 9am, the staff was friendly, welcoming and warm. Kylee CRUSHED it, I tried to do the application from my phone then she had a laptop I could use but I needed another form of ID. It took about 30 minutes to grab the ID, I updated the application and was approved in minutes. I went from no place to live at 9am to a phone call of when do you want move in at 11am. Awesome awesome awesome!! This is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The security is amazing, the staff is quick to get back to you and resolve any issues you may have. Brandy is amazing any time I come looking for a package and it gets delivered after I come by she will email me. That's above and beyond. They have great community get togethers. The elevator in Building 100 has been down since November 20, 2024 and today is January 9, 2025... the property has contracted with a horrible elevator company (TK Elevator), who don't care. I believe the blame is on The Morgan and TK. There is no help for the residents... all the residents receive is a bunch of lies and excuses. Try carrying bags, containers to 3 or 4 floors of stairs... I'm trying to help my elderly aunt regarding this horrible situation. Do not waste your money or time, I've lived her for almost a year this month and I regret it every day. Elevator is broken at minimum 4 times a month for extended periods of time, people get stuck in the elevator on a regular and the fire department has to come extract them. Management has no accountability or holding the elevator company they contracted to fix it properly. Stay away! Been here for almost a year. Office staff is rude. The elevators are always broken. The common areas are always dirty. Call boxes do not work, they have worked 1 month since I've been here. They do not accept large packages in the office so you'll have to go pick them up from post office. The gym equipment is outdated and all cardio machines are broken. The pool is small. Not with the money.

Honestly, I thought this was going to be the perfect place but all it takes is the office staff to ruin a business. I moved in sent everything that was wrong all for them to do nothing about it. The office told me that they didn't have a copy of the key to my apartment but yet they can get into my apartment. I believe the final draw was A/C went out in the summer and they said they would get to it and nothing also the scam about a referral was not true The paper states as soon as the person moves in then you will receive $50... read more

We had Moved in June 11th, 2022. 2 weeks go by and our A/C completely stops working. My Spouse and I called over nearly 100 times each and sent in MULTIPLE service request just to be told "we're gonna come in tomorrow" or "Maintence request are backed up" every time. They came in but the A/C would still not work!! Until they FINALLY provided my family and I with a portable A/C. TODAY! My guests and myself get to see this wonderful trash site EVERYDAY! I wonder, does the owners of the Morgan live like this? Do they have trash overflowing at their homes? Most likely NOT.... Stop being cheap and rent a bigger trash container!
