The Morgan,from my first impression, seemed to be the perfect place for myself and my family. Imagine my dismay upon moving in and having to take my five year-old to get a tetnis shot, due to the negligance on the part of the maintainence workers. When I brought the issue of him scraping his knee while playing in his room, thanks to their poor installation of the carpeting, I was told that there was nothing they could do for me. This place may seem to be the top of the line apartment living but is far from! Walls are paper thin and I do mean paper thin! Meaning you should not be able to hear skin on skin contact of your neighbors extra curricular activities, not for the prices you pay! also just to mention carpet is not plush like near by comparable apartments. The club house is only accessible during office hours and you still have to be let in like some child being allowed to play in your parents office.
