excessive amount of documentation required, closing took over an hour due to mortgage firm requirement to review the documents again at closing before funds were released, In all the home purchases and refinances through the years this was the slowest closing we have ever had Chris and Amy were always available by phone which was a plus, I think the problem lies in the Mortgage firm processes
