I honestly cannot say enough about Neal Weichel and the Neal Weichel group to express the outstanding job he and his team did for us. My mother and I had our houses on the market for four and a half months with a different agent, and things had gone very poorly. We then switched agents, hiring Neal. She guided us on selecting targeted upgrades to the house before selling (fewer than we were expecting) and setting a listing price that would bring in top offers.
