I recently hired the Neal Weichel Group to handle selling my mother's home in Canoga Park after she passed away. As her home was is in very bad shape, I knew this was going to be a difficult sale that would require a very experienced realtor to find the right buyer. Neal was great to work with and helped me find contractors to help clean out the house, do repairs, and get it ready for sale.
