Jenn did a great job in helping us to sell our house. I especially appreciated her knowledge and help with our specific situation. We decided to move first, and then put the house up. Jen did a fantastic job at providing us realistic and up-to-date estimates for our house listing. She was correct in finding where our house value would fit into the market, and she did a great job advertising our property. When it came time for appraisal, I wouldn't have wanted anyone else to represent us and our property. She did a great job throughout the whole process, and I would be hard pressed to find anyone in the area with her amount of skill, experience, and local expertise.
