Verified Renter Great environment! It gets noisy sometimes because it is still up and coming, but I know that will pass. I wouldn’t trade it this area for any other! My apartment is so cozy with a beautiful view. The management team is so nice and welcoming. I love it

Verified Renter The complex is clean and the staff are very engaging. If maintenance is ever needed they come in a timely manner and are responsive. My neighbors are pretty cool no unnecessary loud noises.

Verified Renter I love my 2/2 unit here at The Ovilla. I’ve not ran into any issues with the other tenets and or the rent office staff. The staff is BOMB, even down to the maintenance guys. Everyone is always so helpful and friendly and ensure the property is clean and safe.
