Verified Renter It’s a great and quiet complex. Just wish trash got picked up a little quicker and that we were assigned parking spots. Front desk has been helpful so far and everything stays pretty clean.

Whether it was changing light, or servicing the plumbing, or electricity, maintenance quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting from The Ovilla.
